Withdrawal Questions
Yes, for security reasons ao99 only sends money to a mobile banking or bank account whose registered name matches the name on your ao99 account. Withdrawals to a wallet registered in someone else's name are not possible. This is in place to protect your account.
Yes, you can. ao99's withdrawal process runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's late at night or a Friday or Saturday, your request is usually completed within 1 hour. So you can submit a withdrawal request at any time without worry.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ao99 is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount are not processed. However, if your balance is sufficient, you can make multiple withdrawals — each one just needs to be at least ৳1,000.
Withdrawals are usually completed within 1 hour. If it takes longer, first check your wallet or bank statement. If you still haven't received it, contact our 24/7 live chat — having your transaction ID or reference number on hand will help us resolve it faster.
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the condition is to place bets equal to the bonus amount × 25. Once this requirement is met, the winnings become withdrawable in the normal way and you can withdraw using any method.
Deposit Questions

Occasionally there may be a short delay due to network issues. Wait five minutes and refresh the page. If it still hasn't appeared, take a screenshot of the transaction ID and payment and send it to our live chat or to [email protected]. Our team will verify and resolve it as quickly as possible.
ao99 does not charge any deposit fee. However, your mobile banking service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own send money charges according to their policy. That is entirely their matter; ao99 adds the full amount received to your account.
Bonuses & Offers
Slots games are generally the most effective for meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at different rates. For the exact list, read ao99's bonus terms and conditions page or ask in live chat — they can give you the most up-to-date information.
The wagering requirement for ao99's welcome bonus is 25x — applied only to the bonus amount, not your deposit amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need to place 2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per member — at the time of the first deposit only. If the same person tries to claim the bonus repeatedly by opening new accounts, it will be considered a violation of the rules and the accounts involved may be closed.
A 200% welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit at ao99, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳11,000. No separate code or application is needed.

A few common causes of login issues: an incorrect password, a temporary lock due to repeated failed attempts, or a browser cache problem. First, clear your browser cache and try again. If that doesn't work, reset your password. If the problem persists, let us know via our 24/7 live chat — we will check your account status and provide a solution.
