ao99 Responsible Gaming
ao99 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — our commitment is to make sure it never becomes a source of stress or harm.
Gaming Should Be Fun, Not Stressful
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. At ao99, we want every player to play mindfully and enjoy the experience. However, for some people gaming can develop into a habit that gets out of control. On this page we'll show you how to stay in control yourself, and how ao99 will be there for you when you need it.
Responsible gaming is not just about setting limits — it means keeping gaming as an enjoyable part of life, not a priority above everything else. ao99 offers a range of tools and features to help you achieve this.
Important Information
ao99 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at account registration and any underage accounts are closed immediately.
Gaming is a recreational activity — not a guaranteed source of income. Every round is an independent event and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
ao99 Protection Tools
We provide a range of features to help players stay in control. Contact us to use any of the tools below.
Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, you will not be able to deposit beyond that limit at ao99 — it is an effective way to keep your spending in check.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, ao99 lets you take a time-out from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this period, access to your account will be temporarily suspended.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer-term measure, you can choose self-exclusion. This closes your account for a set period — or permanently. This decision is difficult to reverse, so make it with care.
Session Reminder
After you have been playing for a set amount of time, ao99 can send you a reminder to take a break. Keep this feature on to avoid long gaming sessions.
Gaming History Review
You can log in to your account at any time to view your gaming history and transaction details. Check it regularly to stay aware of your habits.
24/7 Support Team
For any concern or question, ao99's support team is always ready. Reach us in Bengali or English via live chat or email — we don't judge, we help.
Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, pause and reflect — and seek help if needed.
- A tendency to place more bets to try to recover money already lost
- Lying about gaming or hiding it from family and friends
- Inability to focus on daily tasks, family, or work
- Using money from bills, debts, or savings to fund gaming
- Repeatedly trying to quit gaming but failing
- Turning to gaming to escape stress or loneliness
- Being unable to stop playing even after going beyond your set budget
Tips for Healthy Gaming
Following a few simple habits keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Set a fixed budget before you start gaming and stick to it
- Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
- Never keep playing in an attempt to recover money you have lost
- Avoid gaming when you are stressed, tired, or have been drinking
- Always prioritise spending time with family and friends
- If you go beyond your limits, contact ao99's support team right away
How to Set Limits
Log in to your account
Log in to the ao99 website with your username and password. If you don't have an account, contact our team via live chat.
Inform the Support Team
Let us know via live chat or email ([email protected]) what type of limit you want — deposit limit, time-out, or self-exclusion.
Set the Amount and Duration
Choose the period that suits you — daily, weekly, or monthly — and confirm the limit amount.
Receive Confirmation
Once our team activates the limit, you will be notified. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory waiting period — this is intentional, for your protection.
About Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a serious step. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the set period ends. For permanent self-exclusion, the account is closed for good.
Please speak with our support team once before making this decision — we will help you make the right choice.
Reducing vs. Increasing a Limit
Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory waiting period before they take effect.
Age Verification & Minor Protection
ao99 strictly follows a 21+ policy. Age is verified at account registration and any suspicious account is investigated.
As a parent or guardian, it is your responsibility to ensure that no underage member of your household can access this platform. Use a PIN or password on your device and keep your login details secure.
If you suspect an underage person is using ao99, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will act quickly.
21+ Only
ao99 is exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Age is confirmed through identity verification.
